Our 7th visit and as delightful and comfortable as ever. June and Duncan, great to see you again. Many thanks for your hospitality. We are already looking forward to 2023!

For restoration of mind, body and spirit – this place takes some beating. This, our 6th visit had less good weather that 2017 – but it made no difference. We visited many old favourite haunts and added substantial sections of the Dava Way as new discoveries. And as usual, so many thanks to June and Duncan.

Loved exploring the area by car and bike.. Many trails through the woods near here – and great free wheel into Grantown – more effort required on the return! Walk from Grantown to Nethy Bridge by the Speyside Way is gorgeous – saw bullfinches, deer and red squirrels. Findhorn Bay absolutely amazing – swimming very cold – as was Lochindorb. So much to do and wonderful base from which to explore. Great week.

Our 2nd stay here and as enjoyable as the first. Such a great location. Perfect weather with lots of wildlife and walking. Our first wild swim in Loch an Eilein – recommended! Lots of places to visit – Anagach Wood, Loch Garten RSPB, Roseisle, Burghead Bay, Castle Roy, Dell Woods, Spey Riverside Walk ………..

Another lovely holiday at the Steading. Did some touring around as well as doing some lovely walks to see the wildlife.
