The Steading

The sitting room and kitchen is open plan.

The sitting room is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, a wide screen satellite/ freeview television, DVD, stereo hi-fi and stove electric fire.

There is a good selection of books and games.

 

The dining area / breakfast bar separates the sitting room from the kitchen.

The well equipped kitchen is fitted with a fridge, small freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob.

Visitors have use of the owner's washing machine which is in the utility room of the main house.

A clothes drying area is located in the garden.

There are two double bedrooms each with 'zip and link' king size beds that can be separated into singles as required.

White cotton bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels and bath mats are provided.

Electric blankets are available.

Each room has a fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.

A travel cot with sheet can also be supplied on request.

 

 

 

The tiled shower room with electric shower, wash hand basin and lavatory has a heated towel rail and electric fan heater. 

The tiled bathroom with bath, wash hand basin, shaver point and lavatory also has a heated towel rail and electric fan heater.

 

Electricity is included in the price. Heating is provided by night storage radiators in the sitting room and hall with a convector heater in each bedroom.

 

 

 

Private off-road parking is available for two cars.

There are sitting-out areas around the garden with tables and chairs.

Bicycles and any other equipment can be stored by arrangement in the owner’s garage.
